WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

đź–¤If you order multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages
🖤When your order ships, you’ll receive your tracking info in the email
đź–¤Please note, international shipping can take 3-5 weeks

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

MY ORDER WASN'T DELIVERED, WHAT DO I DO?

WHAT IS THE REFUND/RETURN POLICY?

Please note that as each order is custom printed, we are unable to offer order cancellations. However, in the unlikely event that the order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos highlighting the problem area(s) within 10 days of receipt.
